Holiday Celebration

We had a joyful Holiday Celebration that filled the VBIS office with delightful songs, bright smiles and festive cheer!

Our all-star volunteer, Andrea Schneider, organized the entire event, with the help of Brenda Hurd and Anna McLauchlan.

Over 70 people made their way through our open doors, enjoying delicious treats, graciously donated by Cobbs Bakery on Shelbourne, Safeway (University Heights and Oak Bay), the Market on Yates and Dominos Pizza on Quadra. Board member Barbara Toller brought a lovely pot of hot apple cider and Caffe Fantastico supplied scrumptious coffee!

We had a rousing sing-a-long, let by Carmen on the guitar, and even managed to remember the lyrics to “12 Days of Christmas,” quite a feat for us!
