Cooking with Crepes

We are happy to welcome Les Chan, chef extrodinare, to once again fill our cook books. The dish of the day is crepes! To fully display the versitility of the crepe we will be creating such entries as Crepe du Scambled eggs & bacon, Crepe a la Fresh fruit & cream cheese, Crepe et Peanut butter & banana, and finally Crepe au Shrimp & cream cheese. After learning the art of the crepe, there will be a taste taste of all created delicacies.

The workshop wiil run on Monday, June 13th, from 12:30 to 3pm.

As always, space is limited and demand is great, so make sure to register with reception before spots run out!
